Surprisingly, for Lewiston New York, being along the edge of the Niagara River, there’s not a lot of waterfront or Water view homes. However, the occasional one will pop up and it goes pretty quickly so Water view homes in Lewiston NY super rare but very popular.

There are several homes along the Niagara Scenic Parkway, which runs north and south through Lewiston down to Niagara Falls. Most of this area is bordered by trees but there are the occasional properties that have either a peekaboo view or a fairly nice view of the river.
On the other side of the area are homes that are all long Upper Mountain road and have use of the reservoir, and while that may not be Niagara River, it is water and it’s pretty beautiful most of the time.

Down on Upper Mountain Road is a beautiful six-bedroom, 2700 ft.² two-story home and although this home is located on Fish Creek it is technically a waterfront home and has the option of an additional 18 acres worth of purchase.
Homes that have sold in the past are located down on 1st Street in downtown Lewiston with beautiful views overlooking the Niagara River. These homes are between about $400,000 and $600,000 and feature larger lots, beautiful homes of three or four bedrooms, and sizes from about 1700 ft.² to 3300 ft.².
A gorgeous home sold within the last year at 4776 Lower River Road with beautiful views of the river, a quiet and serene setting, backyard swimming pool, and over 4200 ft.² all priced at about $860,000.
