Bad Seed Hard Cider

Created by sixth generation apple farmers in the Hudson Valley, Bad Seed Hard Cider prides itself in advancing the crafting industry. They create unique small batch ciders including Flagship Dry Hard Cider, Raspberry Reserve Cider and other Seasonal Small Batch Ciders. The Highland Cidery and Taproom is open to the public and offers a flight to try their ciders.

Baldwin Vineyards

With forty years of growing, Baldwin Vineyards is a family-owned and operated winery since 1982. They offer live music every Saturday and Sunday through the month of August and have an indoor loft space to celebrate a private event or special occasion.
Their end of summer opportunities include a Strawberry, Chocolate Wine Pairing on August 13th or 14th, a Wine and Pizza Luncheon on August 21st, and a Summer’s End Party on August 27th. Any of these events can be booked online at Baldwin Vineyards.
